What Design Can Do Mexico City

Asistimos a la apertura de What Design Can Do, un festival holandés de diseño que en esta ocasión realizó su edición en CDMX. Durante la inauguración hubo participación de políticos mexicanos como Marcelo Ebrard y otras personalidades como la Chef Elena Reygadas, y la diseñadora de modas Carla Fernández, incluyendo también a la gran escritora de diseño Alice Rawsthorn y el activista Cameron Sinclair. El evento culminó con un gran performance de Pussy Riot; sin duda fue un gran inicio para una serie de excelentes eventos en WDCD

We attended last night’s opening of What Design Can Do, the dutch design festival who is now doing a Mexico City edition. The opening had the participation of Mexican politicians like Marcelo Ebrard and other personalities like chef Elena Reygadas and fashion designer Carla Fernández, alongside design writer Alice Rawsthorn and activist Cameron Sinclair. The grand finale was a performance by Pussy Riot; no doubt it was an amazing opening for a series of great events of WDCD.
