Interview at CEDIM
CEDIM is a thriving force in Monterrey’s creative scene, producing students with design business and innovation mindset in Digital Art, Architecture, Fashion and of course, Industrial Design. I had an amazing experience these past months teaching the course of Food Design with students working on concepts for Pepsico Mexico, and to wrap things up, CEDIM published an interview about my work and teaching philosophy.
