Final projects of Food Design course at CEDIM 

Last week we concluded the Food Design course at CEDIM with amazing results from my students. Working on a project for PEPSICO Mexico, I provided a brief that would set the students to “think beyond packaging” in order to create a meaningful experience for consumers. All of their solutions were limited to the packaging, making them feasible concepts for the company.

I have to say, I am truly impressed by the quality of their concepts and prototypes, they are only in third semester! I will upload more on this project later on, meanwhile I encourage you to visit their online portfolios:

The prototypes were presented during CEDIM’s Satellite Exhibition at Paseo San Pedro last Friday with huge success. Congratulations to the students! It is my first time teaching and I loved it.
